The West Central Valley Wildcats Baseball team has lost a considerable amount of their games in the early going this season.

Although, WCV has been able to get some games in, the Wildcats have postponed games with Ogden, and Woodward-Granger.  One game, with Southeast Valley, was cancelled entirely and won’t be made up at a future date.

West Central Valley Baseball Coach, Nick Weinmeister, has taken the games in the early going this season that have actually been played, as an opportunity to get some of his younger guys some valuable experience.

Weinmeister expects his veterans to play more as the season unwinds more, but many of his upperclassmen, like Carson Wadle and Cole Arnburg, are just getting done with Track and/or Golf and are still transitioning sports.

West Central Valley Baseball will be back in action with a busy day on Monday, as the Wildcats will host Madrid on Monday evening in Stuart.
