The Panora City Council met in regular session Tuesday.

The meeting began with the Council approving a request from Mark Bienhoff to drill an irrigation well on his property at 1019 East Clay Street to grow various plants. Next, the Council held a public hearing for the fiscal year 2019 budget amendment. No comments were heard and the amendment was approved, showing a decrease of $62,650. The Board then approved changes to City Boards, which are now all full. Finally, the Board approved a resolution for policies relating to finance, procurement, and violation reporting to apply for Federal Emergency Management Agency grant funding.
