The ADM Boys’ Soccer season came to a close this past weekend, as the Tigers fell victim again, for the second consecutive year, to rival, Dallas Center-Grimes in the Class 2A Substate Final game on Saturday.

The Mustangs of DC-G bested the Tigers by the score of 3-1 on Saturday, concluding the ADM Boys’ Soccer season with a record of 12-6-1.

ADM advanced to the substate final game after defeating Newton on Wednesday in the substate semifinal in Adel. The Tigers downed Newton 4-2 in the final home game of the year at ADM High School.

Dallas Center-Grimes will advance to the State Tournament in Des Moines, as they’ll join seven other teams from across Class 2A Boys’ Soccer in the State of Iowa. DC-G is seeded fourth of the eight teams in Des Moines this week.

The 3-day State Tournament gets underway tomorrow afternoon in Des Moines.
