A boil advisory has been lifted for a portion of the Xenia Rural Water District.

A boil advisory was in effect for 524 customers in the towns of Rippey, Beaver and Berkley and some rural portions of Grand Junction since Saturday. A water main break was reported along 200th Street, east of E Avenue, in Boone County. The break has been repaired and water samples have come back clean of contaminants and the water is safe to consume once again.
