Whether you’re wanting fresh flowers for a loved one’s gravesite this Memorial Day or need produce for a weekend barbecue, a variety of local goods can be purchased at the Square Fridays Flea & Farmers’ Market in Panora.

This is the second week of the market, which will take place every Friday until September 13th. The market features local produce, crafts, plants, live music, and more. Organizer Joanne Zieser shares what she expects from this week’s market, “Well, we hope to have some radishes if this weather would cooperate and then our baked goods and our meats, about the same thing that we had last week.”

The Square Fridays Flea & Farmers’ Market takes place rain or shine from 4:30-6:30 p.m. tomorrow in downtown Panora. Cost to be a vendor is $3 for one Friday or $10 for a season. If you would like to be a vendor you can contact Zieser at 515-822-4744.
