All season long, the ADM Tigers Varsity High School Baseball and Softball will be carried on the air on K107-9, with live coverage of select games through the regular season, as well as all games throughout postseason.
The Tigers Softball team, ranked #1 in 4A, started their season on Monday and made the trip to Saydel starting the season with a 9-0 win. The Baseball team was scheduled to play Interstate 35, but that game was cancelled due to rain.
Tuesday night, both the Baseball and Softball teams were scheduled to host Des Moines Roosevelt, but due to weather, those games were postponed.
The Baseball team will be back in action tonight against Roosevelt at 7:30, while the Softball game with Roosevelt hasn’t been given a make up date, as of yet. Tonight’s Baseball game versus Des Moines Roosevelt will be carried live on K107-9. Pregame at 7:00, and first pitch at 7:30.
Next week, our live, play-by-play coverage continues when the Softball team hosts Boone on Wednesday night at 7:30 in Adel, and again, on Thursday night, May 30 when the Baseball team hosts Bondurant-Farrar with a 7:30pm first pitch time.
In other action, later this week, the Baseball team will host Gilbert tomorrow, while the Softball team travels to Osceola tomorrow for a game at Clarke, and then will be competing in Winterset on Friday and Saturday for a weekend tournament.
