Do you wish you could learn how to best save excess produce this summer?

Guthrie County Extension is hosting Food Preservation 101 from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 28th. This is an introductory course that will instruct safe home food preservation methods including canning, dehydrating, and freezing. ISU Extension Nutrition and Wellness Specialist Ann Parker will lead the course, and participants will receive handouts and get to see various food preservation supplies and equipment. There is a $10 fee for the class, to register visit here.
