
The three Guthrie County school districts will all be celebrating the graduating class of 2019 with commencement ceremonies.
West Central Valley High School is holding commencement at 11 a.m. today in the high school gymnasium. The class flower is a carnation, and the class motto is “We didn’t know we were making memories. We just knew we were having fun.”
Panorama High School is holding commencement at 1 p.m. tomorrow in the high school auditorium. The class flower is a lily, and class motto is “Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.” The valedictorian is Trey Cobb and salutatorian is Erica Block, who will both speak at the ceremony.
Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center High School will also have their commencement at 1 p.m. tomorrow in the high school gym. The class flower is a red rose, class song is “You’re Gonna Miss This” by Trace Adkins, and class motto is “The memories we’ve shared, the times we’ve had together, they will stay with us always, goodbye is not forever.” The ACGC and West Central Valley School Districts will have their final day of school on May 30th, and Panorama will be May 31st.
