Four Dexter residents were injured in a two-vehicle wreck in Madison County Wednesday.

According to Iowa State Patrol, 46-year-old Amy Jo Crane was driving a Buick Enclave westbound on 105th Street southeast of Dexter at about 7:45 a.m., when she approached a stop sign to turn northbound on County Road P53. Fifty-six year-old Darrell Wayne Vonrentzell of Dexter was driving a GMC Acadia southbound on P53 and when turning eastbound onto 105th Street his vehicle collided with Crane’s. Crane was taken by private vehicle to Methodist West Hospital. Vonrentzell and two minor passengers were transported by Madison County Ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Des Moines.
