Guthrie County and surrounding residents are reminded of a Mother’s Day event happening at Springbrook State Park tomorrow.

Iowa Department of Natural Resources Training Specialist Anne Riordan is hosting a Wildflower Hike with Mom from 10 a.m.-noon. This event coincides with National Wildflower Week, and the public can hike with their family and friends on Springbrook’s trails looking for wildflowers and local animals. The Wildflower Hike with Mom is free to attend, and participants will meet at the campground gazebo.
