Wednesday, May 8th

12:07am: A caller advised of a strange sound coming from the residence at 107 East Vest Street. The officer learned a generator was running in the garage. He requested the occupant to shut it down for the evening.

1:17am: An officer assisted the GC Ambulance with a Medical Call in the 100 Block of South Grimmell Road.

6:28am: An officer assisted a motorist with vehicle problems at South Oak and Brackett Streets.

8:06am: Carol Petersen advised she had captured a stray dog at Congregate Meals in the 400 Block of Greenewood Road. The officer placed the animal in the Animal Holding Facility.

1:10pm: Officers assisted a DS Case Worker conduct a Home Visit at 703 North Wilson Ave.

3:10pm: Amber Spaulding requested officers at 206 North Oak Street for a Civil Property Dispute occurring there.

7:01pm: Carol Gower reported teens ringing her doorbell and running away at 909 South Elm Street. The officer was provided video of two teens and will check will school officials to ID them. The investigation continues.

7:26pm: A Traffic Stop performed in the 800 Block of East Lincoln Way Street resulted in Shayla Stephenson of Grand Junction being cited for, “Fail to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.”

8:27pm: A caller advised of a truck parked at an empty residence at 400 South Georgia Street. People were going in and out of the residence. The officer learned new tenants were moving into the residence.

10:15pm: An officer assisted the GC Ambulance with a Medical Call in the 700 Block of Wild Rose Lane.
