A few Greene County High School students participated in the Future Ready Iowa Summit.

The summit brought together policy makers; educators; students; business and industry to expand Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) education and increase workplace partnerships. The students that attended and asked questions included Aiden Johnson, Linsey Kitt, Cody Maston, and Mitchell Stevens. Greene County was able to attend due to the partnership it has with Accenture, formerly Pillar Technology.

The summit was held on April 30th at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines.
