The final legislative forum will take place tomorrow in Jefferson.

District 47 Representative Phil Thompson of Jefferson and District 24 Senator Jerry Behn of Boone have been invited to attend the forum. The Republican lawmakers will provide an overview of the 2019 Legislative session that ended a week early. Cooper resident Chuck Offenburger will be the moderator of the discussion and the legislators will address concerns and questions from attendees.

There will be free coffee and pie served, and Greene County and Paton-Churdan students are specially invited to attend and will be recognized at the event. The forum is sponsored by the Thomas Jefferson Gardens Board. It is free and open to the public.
