The ACGC track and field teams will be in action tonight as they compete for conference titles at Panorama. Both squads are still in search of their first team West Central Activities Conference titles in school history.

The girls team nearly grabbed a conference title last season, finishing in 2nd only to Panorama. This season the Charger girls are tops in three categories. Junior Kate Crawford has the best 1500 and 3000 meter times while senior Madison McDermott has the longest throw in the shot put. Crawford and McDermott are also second and third best in the 800 and discus respectively. The girls should also be competitive in the 4×800 and distance medley relays.

On the boys side, senior Clay Billheimer has the lone top time for the Chargers, leading all WCAC runner in the 800 by nearly two seconds. Classmates Noah Nelsen and Dylan Soper have the second fastest times in the 3200 and 100 respectively. Like the girls, the boys should also be competitive in the 4×800 and distance medley relays. The boys are looking to improve from a 7th place finish last season in Ogden.

First events begin around 4pm from Panorama.
