The ADM Girls’ Soccer team looks to turn its 8-1 record into a 9-1 record on Friday when ADM travels to Earlham to take on Winterset on Friday night.
Since falling victim to their lone loss this season, ADM has yielded plenty of success with recent victories over Norwalk, Ballard, Bondurant-Farrar and most recently against Nevada on Monday night 5-0 in a home game at ADM High School.
The Tigers defense has been their key to success for the year, so far. ADM has allowed a total of just 4 goals this spring, as only three teams have even put the ball in the back of the net on the ADM Girls’ this year.
Dallas Center-Grimes scored one goal, Gilbert scored one goal, Ballard scored twice on the Tigers, but ADM ended up winning that game by the score of 4-2.
Kelsey Gaffney’s squad has five dates left on the regular season schedule, including a tournament next Saturday at Waverly-Shell Rock.
Friday night’s Girls’ Soccer game between ADM and Winterset will start at 5:15 in Earlham.
