Bring a box of chocolates to an upcoming fundraiser for the annual Redfield Old Settlers Celebration.

The Old Settlers Committee is hosting a drive-in movie with a showing of “Forrest Gump” this Saturday at the West Central Valley Middle School. Gates will open at 7:30 p.m. with parking in the lot east of the bus barn. The movie will start at about 9 p.m. and attendees will be able to listen to the movie through their vehicle speakers. Attendees are encouraged to dress up as their favorite Forrest Gump character or a 1960’s hippie, with prizes awarded by The Dairy Shoppe and The Bus Barn Pub. There will be a concession stand and free-will donations accepted to go towards the Redfield Old Settlers Fund.
