The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will convene Tuesday morning in regular session.

The meeting will start with approval of payroll change notices, followed by ratifying union contracts for the Attorney’s Office, Emergency Medical Services Professionals, Secondary Roads Department, and Sheriff’s Office. Next, the Board will consider the fourth pay application for the courthouse renovation project, as well as a change order for the Auditor’s parking lot project. At 9:30 a.m., there will be a public hearing to discuss transferring ownership of the parking lots of the Raccoon River Valley Trailhead in Waukee to the City.

Other items on the agenda include: a consent to assignment agreement with Design Alliance; a resolution approving the certification of local budgets; and discussion of the County’s stance on the proposed property tax legislation. The meeting will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in downtown Adel.
