The West Central Valley Track and Field teams competed in Woodward on Tuesday night, and the Boys’ stole the meet from, second place, Greene County, as the Wildcats finished one point better than the Rams, 171 to 170. Woodward-Granger finished third of the six teams in competition Tuesday night.

For the Boys’, Cole Arnburg finished first in the 200 and 400 meter dash races. Jayden Dixon won the 800 meter run, and was followed by WCV’s Cole Sackett. Louden Foster picked up two first place finishes for West Central Valley on Tuesday in the 1600 and 3200 meter run.

In the relay events, West Central Valley placed first in the 4×400 relay, and 800 meter sprint medley relay event.
For the Girls’, Shayann Wahman finished fifth in the 1,500 meter run, and Jenna Merical finished second in the Girls’ 400 meter dash.

The WCV Girls’ and Boys’ Track and Field teams will both be back in action on Tuesday at Panorama.
