On Monday, the ADM Baseball team will start practice for the 2019 season. The Tigers are coming off of a 13-16 season in 2018, that ended with a 2-4 loss in Grinnell.

ADM will be bringing nine Seniors to this year’s team, if all nine Juniors from 2018 choose to come out for this year’s Baseball season. One of those Seniors may include Andrew Flora, who earlier this week, signed with Iowa State University as a Wrestler for the Cyclones.

ADM will have three weeks to practice before they start their season on Monday, May 20 in Truro against Interstate 35 High School. In 2018, ADM opened their season at home against I-35 and won 9-5 over the Roadrunners.

The Tigers will host their home opener on the following day, as the 4A Rough Riders of Des Moines Roosevelt make the short trip to Adel to face the Tigers on Tuesday, May 21.
