Area residents are reminded of an opportunity to meet with presidential candidates and other public figures happening tomorrow in Stuart.

The Iowa Third Congressional District Democratic Party is hosting a “Reaching Rural Voters Forum” from 9 a.m.-noon at the Saints Center for Culture and the Arts. This forum will feature presidential candidates Andrew Yang, Eric Swalwell and Tulsi Gabbard, as well as representatives for other candidates, former Iowa governor Tom Vilsack, and former Iowa Secretary of Agriculture Patty Judge. This forum is an opportunity for the panelists and voters to articulate the importance of rural outreach, and discuss issues that are unique to rural communities.
