The Perry girls soccer team had a tough time getting offense established Monday night as Des Moines Christian shut down Perry 1-0 in non-conference soccer action at Dewey Field.  The Lions scored the only goal of the game early in the second half and Perry could muster only four shots on goal throughout the night.  The game was played mainly in the midfield as both defenses were solid in keeping limited pressure off the goalkeepers.  Perry falls to 4-5 and will travel to Newton Friday for another non conference game.
