Four matches into the season the Panorama girls soccer team is still yet to allow a goal after blanking Logan-Magnolia 10-0 on Tuesday.
Sophomore Audrey Cmelik dominated the match, recording five goals on nine shots. She already has 10 goals on the season after topping the 20 goal mark last year. Twin sister Paige also found the back of the net once and chipped in a pair of assists. Ella Waddle also scored two more goals to bring her tally on the season up to nine.
The Panther boys also shut out Logan-Magnolia 6-0 to improve their record to 3-2. They’ve already topped last season’s win total of two.
Mitchell Dickson led the way offensively with a hat trick to raise his season total to 10 goals. Trent Hambleton scored twice and Brayden Hoffman also hit pay dirt. Meanwhile Kyle Cogil was strong in net to record his first shutout of the season.
Both teams will have their first road matches of the season next week with the girls visiting Ballard on Tuesday and both squads traveling to Treynor on Thursday.
