2:05am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a traffic stop on 220th Street and Orchard Avenue. A deputy arrested Juan Carlos Delgado Ramos 41 of Alta, Iowa for Operating while intoxicated 1st offense.

4:35am: Juan Carlos Delgado Ramos 41 of Alta was booked into the jail for operating while intoxicated 1st offense.

6:51am: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near W Avenue.

10:42am: A deputy investigated a fire that was called in on 250th Street and M Avenue. The fire was a called in controlled burn.

11:59am: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 1800 block of M Avenue.

6:04pm: A deputy assisted a motorist in the 400 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

6:38pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 2200 block of R Avenue.

7:55pm: A deputy investigated an assault at 13th Street and Herron Street in Grand Junction.

8:13pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of Eaton Avenue.

9:20pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint in the 900 block of Locust Street, Scranton.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
