10:55am: A deputy attempted to locate two dogs running at large on 220th Street near Eaton Avenue.

4:29pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious person in the 1000 block of Main Street, Scranton.

4:33pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on I Avenue and 140th Street.

8:01pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 200 block of Adaza Street, Adaza.

Thursday, April 18th

2:05am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a traffic stop on 220th Street and Orchard Avenue. A deputy arrested Juan Carlos Delgado Ramos 41 of Alta, Iowa for Operating while intoxicated 1st offense.

4:35am Juan Carlos Delgado Ramos 41 of Alta was booked into the jail for operating while intoxicated 1st offense.

6:51am: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near W Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
