Ashley Frey of Dallas Center was traveling north in the 26000 block of N Ave., when a deer entered the roadway. Frey quickly came to a slow speed and was then hit in the back of her vehicle by a vehicle driven by Curtis Sellers of Panora. No injuries reported. Damage to Frey’s vehicle estimated at $3000.00 and $1500.00 to Seller’s.

Joseph Allen Cunningham, age 30 of 6821 Shaffee Rd., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Alexander Elijah Fagen, age 26 of 110 SE Booth Ave., Waukee was arrested near the intersection of SE Satinwood and SE Kingwood, Waukee for possession of a controlled substance and dark windows.

Ryan Craig Stroud, age 20 of 475 Laurel St., Waukee was arrested on a warrant for violation of parole-original charge of trafficking stolen weapons.

John Angel Parra, age 26 of 1408 Otley, Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of possession of a controlled substance.

William Dennis Nicolaisen, age 42 of 12879 Houston Ave., Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving while license suspended.

Nathan Lauterbach of Van Meter was slowing down to stop for a stop sign to turn right at the intersection of Old Portland Rd and 360th St., when a vehicle driven by Spencer Vandeberg of Adel was traveling too fast and began to slide on the gravel, striking the driver’s side of Lauterbach’s vehicle. No injuries reported. Damage to Vandeberg’s vehicle estimated at $5000.00 and $3000.00 to Lauterbach’s.

Trudie Lynn Robb, age 37 of 6600 SW 15th St., Des Moines was arrested at 23232 X Ave., for possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, domestic abuse assault displaying or use of weapon and carrying weapons-knife used in crime.

Robert Warren Holmberg, age 25 of 912 Main St., Norwalk was arrested at 1406 Cherry St., Dallas Center for willful injury causing bodily injury and assault causing bodily injury.

Danny Wayne Edward, age 31 of 8185 Franklin Ave., Clive was arrested at 1406 Cherry St., Dallas Center for willful injury causing bodily injury and assault causing bodily injury.

Trenton Lyle Ripperger, age 23 of 716 E Buchanan St., Winterset was arrested at 1406 Cherry St., Dallas Center for willful injury causing bodily injury and assault causing bodily injury.

Ethan Parker Black, age 19 of 1599 Highway 169., Winterset was arrested at 1406 Cherry St., Dallas Center for willful injury causing bodily injury and assault causing bodily injury.

Nicholas K Clayton, age 29 of 502 E 4th St., Woodward was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving while license denied.

Nicholas Scott Stilwell, age 33 of 602 State St., Guthrie Center was arrested in the 20000 block of Lexington Lane, Minburn for violation of a no contact order.
