Easter is still more than a week away, but the Adel Kiwanis Club will be hosting the City’s annual egg hunt Sunday afternoon.

The event will be held at Kinnick-Feller Park, with different time frames for different ages. Kids age 3 and under will begin their search at 3 p.m., ages 4-6 will start at 3:30, and the 7-10-year-olds will hunt at 4. However, kids are encouraged to stay longer and take part in a few other Easter-themed activities. There will be face-painting, a fire truck from the Adel Fire Department, live bunnies to pet, photos with the Easter Bunny, and more.

The cost to participate in the Kiwanis Easter Egg Hunt is one non-perishable food item, which will be donated to the Adel Food Pantry.
