The Boys’ and Girls’ Soccer teams of West Central Valley High School are both back in action tonight.
The Boys’ have played three games so far this season, as they suffered a season opening loss at Bondurant-Farrar in a 10-0 shutout, the Wildcats have since played at Creston last Thursday, and last night at East Sac County.
The Girls’ started their season out in the first two games of the season outscoring their opponents by an 8 to 1 margin. West Central Valley Girls’ Soccer has a sharing agreement with Nodaway Valley in Greenfield, and the Wildcats opened their season last week with a 4-0 win at home against Greene County, and followed it up with another 4-1 win at their alternate home field in Greenfield, against Creston.
WCV Girls’ Soccer was also in action last night, as they traveled with the Boys’ to East Sac County High School.
Tonight, the Wildcats will take to the field again. The Boys’ will host Tri-Center Schools at home in Stuart, while the Girls’ team will travel tonight to Treynor.
