The second outdoor track & field meet in three days for the Greene County girls saw the Rams win one event and place second in another. There were 14 teams at the Audubon Early Bird Girls’ Meet on Thursday and no team score was kept.

Sophomore discus thrower Brooklyn Olson was the lone Ram winner. She used her fourth and final throw to come from behind and win the competition on the last throw of the event. The winning toss was 115′ 2″, nearly eight feet better than second place, but she trailed until the final toss.

The only time the Rams were second was in the shuttle hurdle relay. The quartet of Izzy Bravard, Lily Muir, Maddie Van Pelt, and Melanie Doran ran 1:15.09.  Sophomore Brianna Osterson was third in the 400 meter dash in 1:04.55.
