12:35am: Amy Tasler 40 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for an arrest warrant out of Clarke County for a probation violation.

9:00am: A deputy investigated a verbal domestic in the 500 block of South 13th Street, Grand Junction.

12:58pm: A deputy investigated an assault in the 500 block of South 13 th Street, Grand Junction. Tracey Smith 54 of Dallas Center was arrested for assault causing bodily injury or mental illness. Benjamin Cahall 39 of Grand Junction was arrested for assault simple.

2:30pm: Tracey Smith 54 of Dallas Center was booked in the jail for assault causing bodily injury or mental illness.

4:00pm: Benjamin Cahall 39 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for assault simple.

8:30pm: Randy Lundberg 51 of Jefferson was booked into jail for possession of a controlled substance 3rd offense, possession of marijuana 3rd offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

9:37pm: A deputy assisted the Story County Sheriff’s Office with trying to locate a subject that possibly traveling through Greene County.

11:04pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 600 block of School Street, Churdan.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
