The Stuart City Council will convene for a special meeting tonight.

The meeting will begin with discussion and possible action on a ladder truck purchase for the fire department. Next, the Council will discuss and consider action on cemetery mowing with Schwinger Lawn Service. Finally, the Council will consider an appointment to the planning and zoning board, and discuss and consider action on hiring a new rescue unit director.

The Council will meet at 5:30 p.m. in the Stuart City Hall Council Chambers.
