Monday, March 18th
2:43 pm: A deputy investigated a two-vehicle accident on 220th Street and Eaton Avenue. Larry Pudenz 54 of Auburn was driving a 2014 F150 heading west on 220th Street. Charles Wright 77 of Scranton was heading south on Eaton Avenue and pulled out in front of Larry in a 2007 Ford Ranger. Larry’s truck had a estimated 3,500 dollars damage and Charles truck had an estimated 3,000 dollars damage. Charles was issued a citation for failure to yield from a stop sign. There were no injuries in the accident.
3:51 pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on Harding Street in Churdan.
5:35 pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 800 block of Lincoln Street, Scranton.
7:00 pm: A deputy located an open door in the 700 block of West Wall Street, Jefferson.
7:48 pm: A deputy arrested Doug Owen 36 of Churdan for a Webster County arrest warrant for failure to appear.
8:25 pm: A deputy arrested Robert Thoma 20 of Scranton for failure to serve a sentence.
8:45 pm: Robert Thoma 20 of Scranton was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.
9:38 pm: Douglas Owen 36 of Churdan was booked into the jail for a Webster County arrest warrant for failure to appear.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
