The second indoor track & field meet of the season for the Greene County Rams is tomorrow. The girls and boys will be inside the Siebens Center in Storm Lake for a high school coed meet hosted by Buena Vista University.

Boys’ head coach Chad Morton has more than 30 boys out for the sport. He was asked if he thought the Rams would be able to cover all 19 events. “We’ll have to see actually what everybody can do. We haven’t run a lot of 400 and 800 (meters) type stuff because we’re indoors right now. We have some new athletes, so we’ll find out what their strengths are and how that fits the team. You can usually only enter two individuals and one relay, but some of these indoor meets let us enter three individuals and two relays. We’ll get some times and some numbers to use to figure out to use our individual strengths to strengthen our whole team.”
