
A Panora man turned himself in to authorities on several felony charges Wednesday.
According to the Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office, 38-year-old Owen Jarrod Vogel was arrested for two counts of second degree kidnapping while armed with a dangerous weapon, a class B felony; three counts of intimidation with a dangerous weapon, a class C felony; two counts of child endangerment, an aggravated misdemeanor; one count of domestic abuse assault-first offense, an aggravated misdemeanor; one count of first degree harassment, an aggravated misdemeanor; operating a motor vehicle while under the influence-first offense, a serious misdemeanor; reckless use of a firearm, a simple misdemeanor; and failure to maintain control, a simple misdemeanor.
