Wednesday, March 13th

4:37am: A deputy tried to locate water over the road on 210th Street near D Avenue and did not locate any water on the roadway.

5:08pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near W Avenue.

5:19pm: A deputy investigated an animal neglect complaint in the 1000 block of State Street, Scranton.

6:21pm: A deputy assisted a resident in the 300 block of Cartwright Street, Rippey, with setting up a sump pump in their basement.

7:48pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious person walking on U Avenue near Grand Junction.

11:10pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle in the ditch full of water on E Avenue near 300th Street. There was no driver present and the vehicle was towed from the ditch.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
