Christina Hahn of West Des Moines was traveling Highway 169 turning left into a parking area when she was struck by a vehicle driven by Mitchell Wagler of Panora. Wagler did not see Hahn stopped to turn left. Hahn was looked at by EMS. No other injuries reported. Damage to Hahn’s vehicle estimated at $4000.00 and $5000.00 to Wagler’s. Wagler was cited for failure to stop in assured clear distance.

Ronald David Sexton, age 34 of 1925 Evelyn St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving while license suspended.
