7:05am: The Sheriff, deputies, Churdan Fire, Jefferson Fire, and Greene County EMS responded to an electrical fire in the 600 block of Harding Street, Churdan. There was just an outlet damaged.
12:18pm: Shawn Clark 43 of Stuart was booked into the jail for theft 2nd degree.
2:13pm: A deputy arrested Allen Smith 52 of Grand Junction for arrest warrants for theft 2nd degree and assault while displaying a dangerous weapon.
2:28pm: A deputy investigated a fraudulent use of credit card complaint in Grand Junction.
2:43pm: Doug Owen 37 of Churdan was booked into the jail for failure to appear.
3:34pm: Allen Smith 52 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for theft 2nd degree and assault while displaying a dangerous weapon.
4:39pm: A deputy arrested Seth Butler 30 of Jefferson for a mittimus arrest warrant.
5:00pm: Seth Butler 30 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for a mittimus arrest warrant.
6:10pm: A deputy tried to locate a reported large pothole on 220th Street.
6:40pm: A deputy conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction. Brittany Gathercoal 23 of Grand Junction was cited for driving while suspended.
6:56pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on U Avenue north of Grand Junction.
9:29 pm a deputy investigated an open door in the 300 block of Main Street, Rippey.
9:58pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle on 220th Street and J Avenue.
10:00pm: A deputy arrested Benjamin Cahill 37 of Grand Junction for a Boone County arrest warrant.
10:53pm: Benjamin Cahill was booked into the jail for a Boone County arrest warrant.
Saturday, March 9th
12:07am: A deputy assisted a motorist on N Avenue near 100th Street.
8:43am: A deputy tried to locate a vehicle that was reported in the ditch on E Avenue near 310th Street.
10:48am: A deputy investigated a 911 hang up in the 300 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.
10:53am: A deputy tried to locate a raccoon in the garage of a residence in the 200 block of Pearl Street, Farlin.
11:36am: A deputy investigated a burglary in the 300 block of North 18th Street, Grand Junction.
2:50pm: A deputy investigated a single vehicle rollover on X Avenue near 110th Street. Amanda Sodag 23 of Paton lost control of her 1999 Ford Explorer. The vehicle was totaled. The driver sustained minor injuries.
4:13pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on 220th Street near B Avenue.
7:54pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on 220th Street and S Avenue.
Sunday, March 10th
10:52am: A deputy investigated a single vehicle accident on E Avenue near 280th Street. Clayton Vest 28 of Carroll lost control of his 2001 Ford F150 and rolled into the ditch. There was an estimated 5,000 dollars damage to the vehicle. There were no injuries.
1:15pm: A deputy assisted with traffic control on 220th Street and S Avenue for a tow service.
5:03pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 900 block of Sand Street, Churdan.
7:33pm: A deputy assisted with a unruly child in the 600 block of South 15th Street, Grand Junction.
8:41pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle in the 300 block of Division Street, Grand Junction.
9:00pm: A deputy investigated a 911 hang up in the 1800 block of M Avenue.
11:16pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a check for a wanted person at Sparky’s in Jefferson.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
