The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will convene Tuesday morning in regular session.

The meeting will begin an hour earlier than normal, at 8 a.m. The first action item on the agenda is a change order for the courthouse furnishings through All Makes for the Recorder’s Office. Also related to the courthouse renovation, the Board will continue discussion on purchasing the Q-Matic system for the Treasurer’s Motor Vehicle Department. Next, the Supervisors will set the time and date for a public hearing regarding an overhang easement along the Raccoon River Valley Trail with MidAmerican Energy. Finally, they will consider an appointment to the planning and zoning commission.

The meeting will be held in the Board of Supervisors meeting room located at 902 Court Street in Adel.
