Tuesday, February 26th

5:01am: A deputy investigated a jack knifed semi blocking the roadway on E Avenue and 250th Street.

11:45am: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 1100 block of Eagle Street, Scranton.

3:53pm: The Sheriff, a deputy, Jefferson Police Department, and Jefferson Fire responded to a vehicle fire at Henderson Park. The vehicle was a total loss and has not been identified yet. The driver was taken to the Greene County Medical Center for unrelated medical issues by a deputy.

9:44pm: Heidi Chapman 29 of Perry was booked into the jail for failure to appear.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
