The Greene County School Board will meet twice tonight.
The work session will begin at 5:15pm. The Board will discuss finances and budgeting with a representative with Forecast 5 Analytics. No action will be taken by the Board during a work session.
The regular meeting will then start at 6:30pm. The meeting will start with a public hearing and an approval of bids for the new high school and career academy project. Additionally the Board will consider for approval mowing bids, a revision to a board policy for foreign exchange students, revise a service delivery plan for special education, a fundraiser and setting a public hearing for the 2019-2020 school calendar. The Board will also discuss the scholarships for the Greene County School Foundation and Heart of Iowa Conference admission prices. The meeting will end in a closed session to discuss imminent litigation.
Both meetings will take place in the conference room of the administrative building in Jefferson.
