The Carroll Tigers defeated Perry 86 – 46 in the opening round of 3A district play. The Bluejays battled hard in the first half trailing 39 – 27 at the break. After cutting it to 10, the Tigers went on a 15 – 4 run to put the game way. The Tigers were led by 6-8 big man Kenyare More, who scored a game high 24 points. Perry was paced by Brendan Ivory’ s 20 points.  Perry hit a season high five threes in the first half.
