People in the Perry area are invited to attend a meet and greet tomorrow with a candidate for President of the United States.

Democratic candidate John Delaney will be at the Perry Perk Coffee Shop tomorrow from 4-5:30 p.m. He is the first officially declared Presidential candidate to visit Dallas County ahead of the 2020 Iowa Caucuses. He was the U.S. Representative from Maryland’s 6th Congressional District up until this year, as he decided to not seek re-election to Congress in order to focus on his bid to become President. He announced his intentions to run for the office in 2017, shortly after Donald Trump was sworn in.
