Matthew Ross

A Marne man was transported to the Guthrie County Jail this week on sex abuse charges.

According to the Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office, an arrest warrant was filed for 21-year-old Matthew David Ross on January 31st after a case was investigated by the Stuart Police Department. Ross was then arrested in Cass County on two counts of second degree sexual abuse, class B felonies. He was transported to the Guthrie County Jail Sunday and released on his own recognizance after appearing before the Guthrie County Magistrate.
