Tuesday, February 5th

8:05am: An officer assisted EMS with a Medical Call in the 500 Block of West Park Street.

12:25pm: An officer was requested to assist a Guthrie County Deputy in locating a subject in Jefferson. The subject was not found.

6:26pm: An officer assisted Jefferson Fire at 107 North Chestnut Street. Occupants could smell smoke in the building after hearing a loud popping noise. A faulty light was determined to be the problem. No damage or fire took place.

7:15pm: A Traffic Stop was performed in the 200 Block of East Adams Street resulting in Joshua Reinert of Lake City being cited for, “Operation without Registration.”

8:16pm: Colby Aspengren reported someone had created a Face Book account using his photos and information. The account was deleted a few minutes later.

9:09pm: An officer was advised of an Alarm Activation at 101 North Grimmell Road. The business advised it was a false alarm and to ignore it.
