8:50am: A deputy investigated suspicious noises in the 300 block of Irving Street, Scranton.

5:15pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on Main Street in Grand Junction.

6:36pm: Mark Burgart 42 was booked into the jail for a probation violation.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
