A new month starts tomorrow and with that comes a new slate of Java and Juice programs in Greene County.
Tomorrow’s program will take place at Midland Power Cooperative in Jefferson at 9:30am. Then for the next three Fridays in February, all of the programs will be at the Thomas Jefferson Gardens Education and Welcome Center in Jefferson. February 8th GreeneCountyNewsOnline will be the host, February 15th will be the Bringing Opportunity and Optimism to Students and Teachers (BOOST) group and February 22nd the host organization will be People for Animal Welfare Society (P.A.W.S.) of Greene County.
Chamber Interim Director Michael Reese explains another benefit that the half-hour weekly program gives for attendees.
“You might know some of these businesses, or entities, or organizations but it really provides the opportunity to get know them and to get to see what it looks like from their vantage point as well. Again that helps foster those relationships and it makes business easier to do over the long-term.”
Each Java and Juice is free and open to the public with free refreshments served.
