Summer town festivals may feel like a lifetime away, but the Panora Chamber of Commerce is looking ahead to fundraising opportunities for the annual Panorama Days in August.

The Panora Chamber is looking for a new community fundraiser event to host this winter instead of the youth basketball tournament they’ve held in previous years. Panora Chamber Vice President Amanda Creen says the Chamber began generating ideas this week, “So the Panora Chamber is currently brainstorming ideas for about 50% of our Panorama Days budget that still needs to be acquired through fundraising. So some of the ideas that our members came up with are a pickleball tournament, a trivia night, there’s been some other kind of ideas thrown around.”
