(Update 4 p.m.) A pair of seniors propelled the Panorama Panthers girls basketball team to victory in their final regular season home game of the season. Bailey Beckman scored a game-high 19 points, and Morgan Johnk pitched in 13 as Class 2A’s No. 8 squad ran away with a 58-14 victory over the Greene County Rams Monday night. Panorama held Greene County to four points in the first quarter and a single point in the second to jump out to a 35 point halftime lead. The win improves Panorama’s overall record to 16-1. The Panthers final four regular season games come away from Panora. The Raccoon Valley Radio Network has learned that tonight’s West Central Activities Conference varsity basketball doubleheader between the Panorama Panthers and the Ogden Bulldogs has been postponed and a makeup date is being discussed at this time. The next scheduled game for the Panorama varsity basketball teams is this Friday in Truro against WCAC newcomer Interstate 35.
