A short road trip closes the regular season schedule for the West Central Valley Wildcats varsity wrestling team. The Wildcats are one of 21 schools competing in the annual Charger Invitational tournament in Guthrie Center today. Guthrie County neighbors AC/GC and Panorama are competing in the yearly meet along with grapplers from regional schools AHSTW, Coon Rapids-Bayard, Greene County, Manson Northwest Webster, Nodaway Valley, Ogden, Southeast Valley, Van Meter, and Woodward-Granger. First matches of the 2019 Charger Invitational start at 10 a.m. and run throughout the day from AC/GC High School in Guthrie Center.
