The Greene County Chamber and Tourism is hosting their Annual Meeting next week.

It will be at the Jefferson Elks Lodge on Tuesday, January 29th. Chamber Interim Director Michael Reese says some of the highlights of the evening include a brief financial report, recognition of membership milestones and the new look to the membership benefits. “We’ve simplified it. So that you know exactly what you get for your investment into the chamber. And then we always an ala-cart system now too that allows them, if they want, to be apart of a few things that don’t fit specifically into those categories, they can certainly do that as well.”

The evening wraps up with the announcement of the 2018 recipient of the Above and Beyond the Call (ABC) Award winner. A social time begins at 5:30pm, with the business meeting to begin at 6. Tickets are $15 per person. Pre-registrations must be made by this Friday by calling the Chamber at 386-2155 or by stopping by purchase your tickets. There will also be tickets available at the door.
