With snow coming this weekend, Greene County residents are reminded of a free outdoor activity with the Greene County Conservation Department.

Greene County Conservation Director Dan Towers says anytime there’s at least four-inches of snowfall, the sledding hill at Seven Hills Park is open. He points out that they have a staff person supervise the site from 1:30 to 4:30pm Saturdays and Sundays. The rope pull will be operational for people to use.

Kids and families are encouraged to bring their own sleds since none are furnished by the county and there is a shelter house with a fire to keep people warm.
